How Russia’s infrastructure attacks are playing in Ukraine and the world | DW News

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy is warning of more attacks by Russia on energy infrastructure. Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, says residents may want to consider temporarily relocating if the city’s power and water supply become stretched any further. Around four and a half million people are without electricity.
