Ethiopian govt, rebels agree on humanitarian access to Tigray

Top military commanders from the federal govt of Ethiopia and its embattled Tigray region have agreed to allow unhindered humanitarian access to the region and form a joint disarmament committee following last week’s truce.
They signed the agreement Saturday (Nov. 12) after days of talks in Nairobi.
