Shooting at LGBTQ nightclub in US leaves at least 5 dead | DW News
Five people have been killed and 18 injured in a shooting at an LGBTQ nightclub in the US city of Colorado Springs. A suspect is in custody. Police got the late night call from the Club Q as party goers gathered there to mark the ‘Transgender Day of Remembrance’ which honors the memory of those killed in transphobic violence. A statement from the club thanked customers who subdued the gunman.
