Ramaphosa urges more climate funding in UK address

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Tuesday (Nov 22) addressed serving British lawmakers. He urged rich nations to fund climate action days after the end of COP 27; insisting it “should not be seen as charity”, but as ” compensation.”
