Bruce is a self-employed serial entrepreneur based in North Carolina. As the owner of a coffee shop, a digital marketing firm and Black business incubator, he had no one offering employer based health coverage. Healthcare.gov enabled Bruce to cover his family’s needs at a very affordable rate.
