Mujer Poderosa: Helping Latinas Access Key Health Care Resources and Information

Only one in three Latinas are aware that heart disease is their number one cause of death. Mujer Poderosa, a project of the Latino Connection, is working to improve access to key health information and resources for Latinas. CDC has partnered with Mujer Poderosa and many other community organizations so that all people can live their healthiest lives.
