German FM Baerbock delivers keynote address at the Council of Europe | DW News

in Strasbourg, lawmakers from the Council of Europe are meeting this week. German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock addressed the organization’s member states on the legal and human rights aspects of the war in Ukraine. The Council of Europe is a body of 46 European countries, and is separate from the European Union.
