Violence surrounds plans for new police training facility in USA | DW News

In the US, plans to build a new, state of the art police training facility in Atlanta have led to violence, the death of a protester, and a tense standoff between protesters and authorities. Activists who oppose the project have been sporadically occupying a large part of the proposed 300-acre site, to try to stop the development.
