TEFCA Recognition Event

This event publicly recognizes the achievement of the first set of Qualified Health Information
Network (QHINs) joining the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement
(TEFCA). TEFCA is a secure, nationwide network that will allow many patients, doctors, hospitals, public health practitioners, researchers, and other health care stakeholders to share electronic health information. The accomplishment of this 21st Century Cures Act requirement represents an historic milestone in the nation’s path to interoperability.
